Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, all clients, who are uninsured or opting to self pay for services, and will be beginning a new course of care with us have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is in keeping with the No Surprises Act and will provide a general overview of the costs you are likely to incur throughout your course of care.
At Inner Strength, we believe in full transparency for the cost of our services. This means no hidden fees for you. However, since we are an out-of-network provider, we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate prior to your first appointment.

90-minute Comprehensive Evaluation: $249
Before your visit, we carefully review your intake forms so we can make the most of our time together. During your in-home evaluation, we'll discuss your lifestyle, symptoms, and goals, then complete a comprehensive assessment of your breathing, posture, movement patterns, core function, and pelvic floor mobility, coordination, and strength. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs, supports your goals, and integrates into your daily life.
60-minute Treatment: $199
Following your evaluation, we'll continue to meet in the comfort and privacy of your home for one-on-one treatment sessions. Each visit builds on your progress and may include hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, education, and strategies to help you feel stronger and more confident throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
We recommend the number and frequency of visits based on your evaluation findings, symptoms, and goals. While everyone's journey is unique, most clients achieve their goals in 6–8 visits, including the initial evaluation.
