Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, all clients, who are uninsured or opting to self pay for services, and will be beginning a new course of care with us have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is in keeping with the No Surprises Act and will provide a general overview of the costs you are likely to incur throughout your course of care.
At Inner Strength, we believe in full transparency for the cost of our services. This means no hidden fees for you. However, since we are an out-of-network provider, we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate prior to your first appointment.

90-minute Comprehensive Evaluation: $249
We thoroughly review all intake paperwork prior to your visit, then hit the ground running with an assessment of your day-to-day lifestyle, goals, breathing, posture, movement, core activation and pelvic floor range of motion, coordination and strength. Together, we come up with a treatment plan that makes sense for your life.
60-minute Treatment: $189
After our comprehensive evaluation, we see you for scheduled visits in the comfort and privacy of your own home to help you reach your unique goals.
Since your treatment plan is individualized, we cannot guess how many treatments you will benefit from without doing an evaluation, That said, our average number of visits is 6-8 (including the evaluation).
